Sucha Beamer Template

I am preparing a presentation for my paper at ECTI conference 2009. This time, I use LaTeX-Beamer for presentation generation. Inspired by Asuman Ozdaglar's presentation, I have created the template that I will use for the conference. This template may be useful for somebody, so I put it here in order that it is available to be downloaded.

Thanks to a good tutorial and packages from, "A Beamer Quickstart" helping me learn the Beamer.
