Leading Method in This Modern Age

This talk reminds me of the book, "The Starfish and The Spider". I have read its Thai version. In this age (also in Thailand), we require this method in order to make a change since hierarchical movement in Thai society may not be quite efficient. In fact, Thailand has many organizations and groups forming themselves as a starfish.
