ReplyDeleteAny advice on how to install and using a COIN-OR solver on either Windows or Linux?
I'm starting my first course in OR and wanted to use python instead of learning C++. CPLEX and COIN-OR are the recommended solvers for doing research in my school.
I have been trying to find help online but nothing seems to work! Your advice is greatly appreciated.
